What skin types are Mint Skin products suitable for?

Mint Skin is fabulous for most skin types. Our range is dermatologist tested, hypoallergenic, non-irritating, paraben and alcohol free and made with premium natural Australian botanicals. Detox MUD is a highly active product and should not be used on dry or sensitive skin. Make sure you patch test and follow application guides.

How should I store Mint Skin?

If our masks and oils are exposed to excessive heat or cold for a short time, it won’t stop their effectiveness, although they could have a slightly different texture.

While Mint Skin products don’t have a formal expiry date, it’s recommended to use within a year of manufacture. We don’t put preservatives in our products, so they’re as safe for your skin as possible. However, it also means you need to use your product shortly after opened, as it won’t last.

Do you test on animals?

No way Josè. We don’t and we never would.

Can I sell Mint Skin on my own site?

Unfortunately, your purchase of Mint Skin products is only for your personal use. When you buy a Mint Skin product, you agree not to resell or distribute this product for any commercial purposes. We may reject or cancel an order if it looks like it’s not for your personal use.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I return my Mint Skin?

If there’s a problem with your order, yes of course. All returns need to be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. The product should be unused and faulty. We’ll then refund in full to your original form of payment (we don’t refund any additional shipping costs).

What about your exchange policy?

We’ll happily exchange within 14 days of you receiving the order.

How long does it take to process my return? 

Credit card refunds take 14 business days to appear on your statement. 

If you ship the product to our fulfilment address, please give us 21 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong Mint Skin?

If we sent you a product different from the one you ordered, sorry about that! Let us know as soon as possible at hello@minskin.com.au and we’ll get it sorted.
